Aquacycl was founded in 2016 with a goal of creating distributed wastewater treatment to address water scarcity and lack of infrastructure in low-income countries. We started in sanitation but our journey has led us to a deeper understanding of wastewater challenges across many industries. As we continue to grow, we seek to improve the way our most valuable commodity, water, is managed. We take the challenge of sanitation and clean water for an array of industries head on and with a deep understanding of the need for unique approaches to various wastewater challenges.
Our vision is to enable a healthy and vibrant future for people and planet. We imagine a world where wastewater treatment and sanitation are accessible to everyone, anywhere in the world, regardless of available energy or sewer grid. Our team is passionate about making this vision a reality and we place an emphasis on selecting, empowering, and collaborating with individuals who are equally passionate about making our vision a reality.
Aquacycl is a Series B funded early-stage company that is serving global brands with ambitions to revolutionize distributed wastewater treatment in industry, agriculture, and residential applications.
Our current focus is on helping industrial clients meet their sustainability goals by enabling cost-effective industrial wastewater treatment as a service while also reducing energy consumption and lowering greenhouse gas emissions during treatment.
