The Task at Hand:  

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining Aquacycl’s visual identity. Your primary focus will be to create and manage branded content across various platforms, including marketing collateral, social media, tradeshows, and videos. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand presence that resonates with our customers.  

In This Role, You Will:   

As a Graphic Designer at Aquacycl, you will be responsible for crafting visually engaging content that strengthens our brand presence and communicates our mission effectively. You will have the opportunity to apply your creative skills to a variety of projects, from digital marketing assets to print materials and multimedia content. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, you will play a vital role in translating technical concepts into compelling visuals that resonate with our audience.  

Graphic Design & Branding  

  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital and print materials.  
  • Design high-quality graphics for the website, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, trade shows, and other promotional activities.  
  • Create marketing collateral, including brochures, infographics, whitepapers, and digital assets.  
  • Ensure all visuals align with the brand guidelines and enhance storytelling.  

Multimedia & Content Creation  

  • Design and edit graphics and layouts for videos, webinars, and other multimedia projects.  
  • Create animations, motion graphics, and interactive visuals.   
  • Develop brand templates for sales presentations, reports, and marketing material to ensure consistency.   

Collaboration & Strategy 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex wastewater treatment concepts into clear, compelling visuals.  
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, and SOT teams to develop graphics that support presentations and customer engagement materials.  
  • Support website and social media content with visually appealing and engaging designs.  

In This Role, You’ll Bring with You: 

  • BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field  
  • 5+ years of proven experience in graphic design, branding, and content creation 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video production, and brand development. (Required) 
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro etc.) is required. 
  • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is required.  
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and their applications across multiple media.   
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.   
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.   

Location:  

  • Remote (Preferably West Coast).   

Compensation:  

  • $70-75k base
