The Task At Hand:

The Production Team is responsible for assembling all Aquacycl products that get shipped out to our customers across the world. We are ramping up for our upcoming productions and expanding our team up to support incoming orders. The Production Associate is an important part of the Aquacycl Inc. team that will help us ultimately move from being an interesting technology startup into a global leader in the wastewater treatment industry.

In This Role You Will:

The Production Associate will have an essential part in the manufacturing and development of our technology and will support inventory processing, product assembly, component production and other warehouse tasks. The Production Associate will report directly to the Production Manager.

Here’s a rundown of the responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of manufacturing and quality control for all Aquacycl products.
  • Effectively troubleshoot manufacturing issues and assembly issues.
  • Perform hardware and plumbing assembly and testing of Aquacycl systems.
  • Perform manufacturing and assembly quality assurance and quality control assessments.
  • Components and systems quality assurance and quality control assessments
  • Execute tasks safely and with strict adherence to health and safety measures during manufacturing and assembly.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and following 6S principals for organization and workflows.
  • Track and document warehouse deliveries and inventory.
  • Provide daily reporting or when requested to Production Manager.
  • Ensure an extremely high level of IP confidentiality.
  • Contribute to inventory tracking, creating SOPs, and team documentation.
  • Assist other departments with projects as needed.

You’ll Bring With You:

  • At the minimum, a high-school diploma in addition to at least 1-3 years of experience using hand tools and power tools in various contexts.
  • Ability to remain standing at a workstation for prolonged periods.
  • Full ability to manipulate buttons, levers, and dials to operate machinery without accommodations.
  • Attention to detail to spot flaws in products or problems with equipment.
  • Time management skills to produce the required number of parts or products each shift.
  • Ability to work in confined workspaces.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to solve challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, outstanding organizational and time management skills, a high level of initiative, flexibility to handle a variety of tasks (including physical labor), and be able to shift priorities quickly

Location:

  • Onsite in our Escondido Warehouse, M-F, 8am-4:30pm

Compensation:

  • $18-$21/hour
