• Revenue Growth: A remarkable 30% increase in revenue, fueled by new customers and expanding partnerships.
• Team Expansion: Welcomed 12 new employees, including our first site operations specialists in Texas and California, strengthening on-the-ground support for our customers.
• New Product Launched: In September, we introduced SulfideFix, our low-energy, chemical-free H2S removal solution.
• Gen 2 Container: Our next-generation container design has further streamlined the deployment of our BETT® systems, offering enhanced efficiency and scalability for customers. 

Making Waves

The challenges facing industrial wastewater treatment are evolving. As stricter regulations, environmental pressures, and rising costs reshape industrial wastewater management, we’ve stepped up to meet these challenges.

Research Milestones

This year, our R&D team made remarkable strides in advancing wastewater treatment technology. Key achievements included optimizing cathode and anode designs to improve system efficiency and exploring pretreatment methods for challenging waste streams like biosurfactants and biodiesel.

In Europe, we expanded our Aquacycl Test Center (ATC) in the Netherlands, doubling its capacity to handle a growing volume of customer samples. We are now able to support broader industries in cosmetics and chemicals.

System Operations Spotlight 

This year, we successfully installed a 40-ft BETT system at a bottling facility in Temple, TX, hitting all performance goals for high-protein beverage applications. We also boosted efficiency at our PepsiCo installations in Fresno, CA, and prepared for a new distillery site installation in Jalisco, Mexico.

With remote digital platforms, detailed performance reports, and regular updates, we’ve empowered facilities to see the tangible benefits of their investment.

Building the Dream Team

From hiring a Lead Manufacturing Technician to bringing in new System Operations Technicians, we welcomed talented individuals who strengthened our operations. Additionally, our People & Culture team introduced leadership workshops and a mid-year feedback system to foster collaboration and professional growth. 

We Launched a New Product!

In September, we proudly introduced SulfideFix, our chemical-free H2S removal solution, into the public market. Originally created to boost the efficiency of our BETT systems, it quickly became clear that SulfideFix could tackle a widespread challenge in wastewater management:

• Designed to tackle H2S buildup in wastewater management. 
• Provides a low-energy, sustainable alternative for facilities worldwide. 
• Already receiving outstanding feedback from customers and industry leaders. 

The launch has already received great feedback, and we’re thrilled to see it helping facilities achieve low-energy, sustainable H2S control.

Expanding Our Network

We’ve strengthened partnerships and expanded into industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and chemical manufacturing—sectors where wastewater challenges are both complex and urgent.

Highlights:

• Participated in 11 global tradeshows and events, including stops in London, Germany, Canada, and the Netherlands.
• Hosted our first in-person “Sip and Learn” events at Aquacycl Headquarters, engaging local manufacturers and officials in wastewater solutions.
• Launched a monthly subscription newsletter packed with insights on wastewater management, sustainability, and Aquacycl updates.

Looking Ahead to 2025

2024 was an amazing year, but we’re just getting started. Looking ahead to 2025, we’re excited to: 

• Greater enhancements to our BETT system as the latest reactor model (R10) is ready to be fitted into new systems
• Expand our industries and verticals, with new deals set to close early this year! 
• Work even closer with global partners to drive sustainable change
