The Task at Hand:

Partnering with our Director of Marketing, the Brand Marketing Specialist will be tasked with the creation and management of our brand. This includes developing engaging content and graphics for webinars, videos, and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in our brand’s voice and appearance. You will coordinate closely with various teams to produce high-quality visual materials that resonate with our target audience. As a new entity in the industrial wastewater sector, building and maintaining relationships through compelling marketing efforts is crucial for long-term success. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our brand messaging accurately represents our innovative solutions to meet complex industry challenges. Here’s a breakdown of your priorities: 

Graphic Design and Content Production  

  • Visual and Video Content Creation: Design graphics and produce videos for various marketing channels, ensuring all content reflects the brand’s identity. 
  • Webinar and Video Production: Organize the lifecycle of webinars and video projects from conceptualization and production to distribution. 
  • Website and Social Media Design: In partnership with the Director of Marketing oversee the design elements of the company website and social media profiles to enhance user engagement and brand consistency. 
  • Handle storyboarding, content creation, and coordination with relevant teams to ensure seamless delivery of webinars, videos, and other forms of multimedia content.   

General Marketing  

  • Take ownership of the development and maintenance of marketing collateral and templates. 
  • Design and produce graphics for our website, social media channels, marketing collateral, tradeshows, and other promotional activities. 
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with different teams to integrate marketing efforts and align them with broader business objectives. 
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity, voice, and tone across all marketing materials and channels. 

Branding  

  • Brand Strategy Development: Partnering with the Director of Marketing to cultivate the company’s brand identity and message, ensuring alignment with target audience expectations. 
  • Brand Consistency: Enforce brand guidelines across all platforms to maintain a consistent image and voice in customer interactions. 
  • Brand Advocacy: Promote and uphold the brand values in every company initiative and external representation. 

In This Role, You’ll Bring with You: 

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field.  
  • 5+ years of proven experience in video/graphic design and marketing or similar roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video production, graphic design, and brand development. (Required
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is a must. 
  • Excellent understanding of branding principles and tactics through various forms of media. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

Location:  

  • Hybrid. Preferably located on the West Coast as in-office filming is projected to happen on a bi-monthly basis.

Compensation 

  • $70-75k base
