TEM – Niagara Bottling, Temple TX
Current Installation:
BETT system onsite for increased BOD removal by treatment of batch room CIP first rinses, crusher process water and bad batches.
TEM Expansion:
An expansion of the current Niagara Bottling TEM installation to add on a Micro-Aeration Unit for odor control, risk reduction, and H2S removal from the wastewater tank.

- Utilize stream separation to maintain health of onsite treatment systems
- Reduce BOD and TSS concentrations from crusher, bad batches, and first rinse from batch room CIP
- Enable water reuse to achieve water goals

- Enable water reuse through process water treatment
- Achieve zero liquid discharge (ZLD)
